Last updated: 8 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using this website and interacting with the Takondwa Maosa brand online. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website.

These terms are intended for a UK-based personal brand and solo entrepreneur operating across football, modelling, content creation, partnerships, events, community projects and YES Network activity.

1. Introduction

This website provides information about Takondwa Maosa, including football activity, modelling, content, brand partnerships, media, community work, YES Network activity and ways to get in touch.

These terms apply to your use of this website, including browsing pages, reading content, submitting enquiries, using contact links, interacting with social media links and accessing any material published on the site.

Separate written terms may apply to specific projects, bookings, campaigns, collaborations, appearances, modelling work, events, speaking opportunities or paid services. If separate written terms are agreed, those terms will apply to that specific arrangement.

2. Who We Are

This website is operated by Takondwa Maosa, a UK-based athlete, creator, model and founder connected with football, media, partnerships and YES Network activity.

3. Use Of This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal, professional or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or use the website in a way that could damage the brand, website, users or third-party services.

We may update, change, suspend or remove parts of this website at any time. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fully up to date.

4. Website Content

The content on this website is provided for general information, brand presentation and communication purposes. It may include information about football, modelling, entrepreneurship, community projects, personal journey, media, partnerships and YES Network activity.

Although care is taken to keep website content accurate, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or free from errors. Any reliance you place on website content is at your own discretion.

Content on this website does not constitute legal, financial, medical, professional, career or commercial advice. You should seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

5. Enquiries And Contact Forms

You may contact the brand through email, phone, website forms, social media or other contact methods shown on the site.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, booking, partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship or obligation to work together. Any project, campaign, appearance, event, collaboration or service will only become confirmed when agreed in writing.

You agree that any information you provide through an enquiry should be accurate, respectful and lawful. Please do not submit anything confidential, sensitive or commercially restricted unless it is necessary and appropriate for the enquiry.

6. Collaborations, Bookings And Professional Work

Takondwa Maosa may consider enquiries relating to football, modelling, content, brand campaigns, media appearances, events, speaking, partnerships, sponsorships, community projects and YES Network activity.

Any collaboration, booking, partnership, campaign, event or paid work will be subject to separate written agreement. That agreement may cover scope, deliverables, dates, usage rights, fees, expenses, approvals, cancellation, rescheduling, confidentiality, safeguarding, brand requirements and payment terms.

Unless confirmed in writing, no availability, pricing, deliverables, timelines or usage rights should be treated as agreed.

7. Fees, Payments And Expenses

This website does not currently operate as an ecommerce store and does not automatically take bookings or payments through the site.

Where fees, payment terms, expenses or deposits apply to a project, booking, campaign, event, appearance, modelling work or collaboration, these will be agreed separately in writing.

Payment terms may include deposits, staged payments, final balances, late payment terms, expenses, cancellation fees or usage fees where appropriate to the work agreed.

If direct online sales, digital products, paid memberships, ticket sales, merchandise or ecommerce features are added in the future, these terms should be updated with additional order, cancellation, refund and consumer rights information.

8. Cancellations And Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for bookings, appearances, campaigns, events, modelling work or collaborations will depend on the specific arrangement and should be agreed in writing before the work is confirmed.

Where no separate written cancellation terms have been agreed, both parties should act reasonably and communicate as early as possible if dates, deliverables or requirements need to change.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by or licensed to Takondwa Maosa. This may include text, images, photography, video, graphics, branding, logos, design, layout, copy, articles and other creative material.

You may view and use the website for personal or professional reference. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, licence, exploit or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You must not use images, videos, likeness, name, voice, personal brand, logo, content or other identifiable material for advertising, promotion, commercial purposes, artificial intelligence training, impersonation, merchandise or public campaigns without written permission.

11. User Submissions

If you submit information, ideas, proposals, creative material, images, comments, social media messages or other content to the brand, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of any other person.

Unless separately agreed in writing, submitting an idea, proposal or message does not mean that it is confidential, accepted, paid for or owned by you in relation to any future brand activity.
